Just a quick meet declaration FYI for you all:

Recently it came to our attention that when a swimmer is declared through SwimTopia as either attending and registered for events OR not attending; the athlete's status for that meet becomes locked (you cannot edit their status). With that said, if you accidentally declare a swimmer's status incorrectly or would like to change the status (For example: you declare not attending and then suppose your plans change and you would like to attend); please email us as soon as possible with what you need changed/updated! Permitting you let us know a few days prior to the Meets registration deadline, we can then contact the league administrator and request changes.  Please note that we cannot guarantee that this will always work, as it relies on the administrator having enough lead time to make the changes. Again, please remember that any changes for meet declaration need to be requested well ahead of the registration deadline for the best chance of success.
